110-300-240(2)(a) - At the time of the virtual inspection the corner of the diaper changing station in the Toddler Room 1 was chipped/splintered on the front left corner. 110-300-240(2)(c) - At the time of the virtual inspection there were either no 3-step cleaning bottles, or empty bottles in all classrooms observed.
